Claire Snyder, B.S.
Clinical Research Coordinator @Goldstein Lab - Mass General Hospital
Claire graduated from Union College in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. While earning her undergraduate degree, she developed an interest in healthy aging and neurodegenerative diseases.
Her academic focus was centered on exploring cognitive assessment techniques and brain health. She contributed to research in the Healthy Aging and Neuropsychology Lab and completed a senior thesis that compared traditional paper-and-pencil cognitive screeners with digital alternatives.
In addition, she gained practical experience through an internship at an outpatient psychological clinic, where she investigated the reliability and validity of neuropsychological tests. Beyond research, Claire worked as a personal caregiver for older adults, which provided valuable real-world insights and strengthened her communication and empathy skills.
Outside of her research experience, Claire enjoys running, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
